MANAGER, SALES SOLUTIONS
Join our dynamic team at Cultura HR as a Manager, Sales Solutions and play a pivotal role in growing our boutique HR consulting firm. We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to drive new business opportunities and deliver our comprehensive HR and Recruiting solutions to small and medium-sized businesses nationally.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Manager, Sales Solutionsat Cultura HR, you will be responsible for expanding our client base by connecting with decision-makers and showcasing our fractional HR and Recruiting services. You will focus on businesses ranging from 15-500 employees across all industries, helping them solve their HR challenges through our innovative solutions.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Development
§ Generate and qualify business opportunities with new and existing clients.
§ Utilize multi-channel approach including cold calling, social media, industry databases, LinkedIn, Lead Generation company and networking events.
§ Work closely with leadership to develop leads and leverage existing relationships.
§ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives which will be agreed upon with leadership team. These objectives will support the strategic growth of the Company.
§ Build and nurture a network of partners for referrals and business development.
§ Engage with key decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, and Office Managers educating prospects on the value of our services.
§ Lead consultative discussions with clients to assess needs and recommend customized employee HR, Recruiting, Benefits, and training solutions.
§ Gather detailed requirements regarding client needs to engage the leadership team prior to presenting SOWs and closing deals.
§ Travel up to 25% to meet with prospects and attend industry events when ROI is clear.
2. Sales Process Management
§ Conduct targeted outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
§ Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, often in collaboration with leadership
§ Utilize consultative selling approaches to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
§ Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and opportunities in Zoho CRM and Monday.com
§ Provide regular updates on pipeline status and market feedback to senior leadership.
3. Revenue Management
§ Develop existing and suggest new revenue streams for Cultura HR
§ Current:
o HR Services
§ Fractional - Retained, Project and Hourly options.
o Recruiting Services
§ Fractional – Recruiting services with engagement fees.
§ Under Development:
o Benefits broker revenue share.
§ Track benefits renewals for current clients and plan discussions prior to renewal.
§ Partner with HR team to approach clients in a professional manner
§ Bid / Go to Market for benefits plans in partnership with Broker(s)
§ Negotiate benefits pricing and structure on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
§ Offer guidance on funding strategies.
§ Oversee the seamless implementation of employee benefits plans and attend client meetings on Benefits.
§ Present as a resource for clients in benefits field
o Training
§ Remote, bi-lingual, and onsite training options [Planned / TBD]
4. Vendor and Relationship Management
§ Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects, clients, and the Cultura HR team.
§ Work closely with Marketing and HR teams to ensure aligned messaging and smooth client onboarding.
§ Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of services.
§ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience & Skills
§ 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in HR consulting, PEO environment or professional services arena
§ Strong record of meeting sales objectives and managing high-velocity sales cycles.
§ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
§ Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho) and Monday.com
§ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
§ Exceptional organizational and time management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
· Knowledge of HR functions, fractional HR, Recruiting and industry trends
· Experience with HRIS, payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
· Spanish language proficiency preferred.
· Demonstrated success in building referral networks.
