We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the business-side development of our mobile applications, driving modernization and enhancing the customer journey. This role is based in our beautiful downtown office in Cambridge, MA. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Cultural Care Au Pair, who oversees all business operations, this role will act as the primary liaison between the business and Technology & Engineering teams. The Senior Product Manager will champion the needs of the business, internal stakeholders, and customers to define and align the digital application strategy and roadmap, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
This role is critical to delivering exceptional digital experiences while meeting business objectives and aligning with technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business-oriented product management, excelling in cross-functional collaboration and delivering impactful results. You should be passionate about understanding our customers and ensuring their needs are at the forefront as we transform and optimize the Cultural Care Au Pair digital experience.
