What You'll Do :
- Shape the Mobile Vision and Strategy : Define and execute a compelling vision for the ZoomInfo Copilot mobile app, positioning it as the indispensable go-to-market intelligence advisor for sellers on the go. Leverage cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI and machine learning, to design an innovative mobile-first strategy tailored to key seller workflows.
- Build and Prioritize a High-Impact Roadmap : Develop a data-driven product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives, with a focus on speed to market, identifying and prioritizing features that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Deliver Exceptional Mobile Experiences : Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams and deliver a mobile app that delivers seamless interoperability between mobile and desktop workflows. Continuously iterate and improve the app based on user feedback, analytics and emerging trends.
- Drive Engagement and Growth : Establish and track success metrics, including app downloads, user engagement, and conversion rates, driving sustained growth and adoption.
- Communicate with Impact : Regularly provide clear, concise updates to cross-functional stakeholders, including executives, on strategy, progress, and impact. Craft compelling narratives that present data and insights to drive decision-making and action
- Define and Analyze Metrics : Identify essential metrics, set up tracking, analyze data, and translate insights into impactful initiatives that enable growth
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams : Coordinate engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver superior GTM platform experiences and onboarding solutions.
- Bias for Action : Maintain a strong bias for action, focusing on delivering results quickly and iterating for improvement
- Champion the ZoomInfo Culture : Operate as "One team, One dream", fostering transparency, supporting your colleagues and celebrating successes and learnings together.
