In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and execution, serving as the key liaison between our Technology & Engineering teams and business stakeholders. Reporting to the EVP of Cultural Care Au Pair, you’ll play a critical role in defining, developing, and delivering digital experiences that make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
Own & Execute the Digital Strategy
- Develop and own the roadmap for digital application enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Take full ownership of key projects, driving them forward with urgency and a bias for action.
- Identify opportunities for innovation by keeping a pulse on AI advancements, mobile trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes.
- Partner with Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and UX to execute projects effectively.
- Dive into the details—assess feasibility, prioritize technical requirements, and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops and driving alignment across stakeholders.
- Utilize AI-powered insights to enhance the customer journey and optimize mobile experiences.
- Apply GA4 expertise to track user behavior, analyze trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Partner with digital marketing teams to implement growth strategies, conversion rate optimizations, and personalized user experiences.
- Own the entire product lifecycle—from concept and requirements gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Track and analyze performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and refine the user experience.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and deliver measurable business impact.
- 5-7 years post-graduation experience, preferably with startup experience in mobile app development.
- A mobile fanatic who lives and breathes mobile technology and is obsessed with delivering seamless digital experiences.
- AI-savvy—you understand how AI can enhance digital experiences and drive personalization.
- GA4 expert—you know how to use analytics to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
- Digital marketing savvy—comfortable working with marketing teams on growth strategies, paid campaigns, and performance tracking.
- Highly strategic, but also execution-focused—you get things done, fast.
- A proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- A natural collaborator who can navigate complexity and drive alignment across teams.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles, Agile methodologies, and digital product development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Figma, JIRA, and analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
