Your Role:
The Partner Services team plays a key role in supporting our strategic institutional partners at CEA CAPA Education Abroad. The Director, Partner Services leads a high performing sales-through-service team. The Director, Partner Services possesses a proven track record in relationship management and customer service excellence with an aim to build strategic partnerships and drive enrollment growth utilizing a sales-through-service framework. Strategic collaboration with Enrollment and Advising, Admissions, Health and Safety, Marketing, Academics, Finance, fellow members of the Institutional Relations team, and other internal departments to ensure the highest level of support for assigned institutional partners sending students on CEA CAPA programs is a critical element to success.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, maintain, develop and strengthen relationships with key institutional partners, and ensure the rest of the Partner Services team members do the same.
- Monitor and evaluate program quality, making recommendations for improvement based on partner feedback and student outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in partnership support, ensuring partner satisfaction, student success, and program and partner retention.
- Develop and implement strategies for long-term growth and enhancement of student services, including technology integration, reporting, and support services.
- Manage team of Custom Program Managers and Partner Program Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Establish clear team performance goals, monitor performance, and ensure staff are equipped to support partners effectively in alignment with the organization’s goals.
- Collaborate to resolve complex issues and conflicts, ensuring timely and effective solutions to maintain positive relationships.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including enrollment advisors, regional directors, custom program team members, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment on program objectives and partner expectations.
- Monitor and report on partner performance metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze partner feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Contribute to risk assessments for new and existing partnerships.
Starting Salary: $85,000
What Makes a Great Candidate:
- 5-7 years of experience in higher education, study abroad, or international partnerships.
- 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Prior experience at CEA CAPA preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful B2B partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the international education landscape and study abroad trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across cultural and organizational boundaries.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, relationship management, and team leadership.
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
