Interns will contribute 15 hours a week, depending on your position, and set their own schedule. We are currently hiring apprentice curators. You will work under the direction of a senior curator for your first exhibitions, then move on to exhibition direction.

Currently recruiting winter and spring interns. Immediately hiring. Term dates: Feb 15-August 31st. All positions are remote with some in-person work in New York City, Washington, DC, or Chicago. Although we consider qualified applicants from anywhere, the internship is more enriching if you can work with gallery accounts in person. International students with work authorizations are encouraged to apply. We will work with your college for credit.

This internship is unpaid with project pay opportunities (can be hired as a contractor on projects). The curator apprentice internship curriculum covers group exhibitions in the Milostka Center for Exhibitions. Project pay structure: Curatorial interns who complete a solo or group training exhibition under a senior curator will then become account leads. As the sole or lead curator on a solo exhibition, you are hired as a contractor for that account and are paid for curating solo exhibitions at a set rate.
