The Opportunity :
We are seeking a Digital Product Leader, Data Science to lead the definition, development, and go-to-market strategy for our digital transformation and data science products within the bioprocessing domain. This is a strategic leadership role where you will be responsible for shaping our data science strategy and delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
What you'll do :
- Positioning data science as a core driver of business growth and innovation by developing and executing a comprehensive data science strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Standing up ML / data science & customer analytics capabilities; meeting biopharma customer needs, steer the direction of technology advancement & AI / ML tooling decisions within the company itself
- Identifying opportunities to leverage data science and Al to address critical challenges in bioprocessing, such as process optimization, quality control, and predictive analysis.
- Translating market insights and customer feedback into well-defined product requirements and roadmaps.
- Collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, and bioprocessing domain experts to ensure successful development and deployment of data products.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams and communicate the value proposition of our data product offerings to potential customers.

Base Salary Range :
Culture Biosciences's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits. Our expected salary range for this role is $250,000 - $275,000 . Final offer may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
