About the Role:
As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel confident and informed about their dental care. You’ll collaborate closely with the dentist and team to present treatment plans, coordinate appointments, and help patients achieve their dental health goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive office experience.
- Discuss treatment plans with patients, including financial options and insurance benefits.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments to ensure efficient office operations.
- Verify insurance coverage and submit claims as needed.
- Follow up with patients on pending treatment plans and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and managing patient files.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with patients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with dental insurance plans, terminology, and billing practices.
- Technology: Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Open Dental) is required.
