The CRM Manager will lead customer retention at Culture Kings, driving loyalty and lifetime value through strategic engagement. This role focuses on nurturing community cohorts to boost repeat visits and long-term engagement. Leveraging customer data, segmentation, and automation, the ideal candidate will optimize email, SMS, and push communications. Key initiatives include refining loyalty programs, enhancing email automations, improving segmentation with first- and third-party data, and A/B testing campaigns to maximise engagement.

\n- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to improve customer engagement and lifetime value.
- Manage and optimise CRM platforms, ensuring seamless integration with eCommerce, POS, and other business systems. Such as Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics & Triple Whale
- Utilise customer data and insights to create personalised campaigns across email, SMS, loyalty programs, and other digital channels.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
- Analyse customer behavior, purchase patterns, and campaign performance to optimize CRM initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing, eCommerce, and sales teams to align CRM efforts with overall business objectives.
- Create and monitor a loyalty program, ensuring it drives customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Manage and optimise customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and re-engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in handling customer data.
- Provide regular reports and insights on CRM performance, KPIs, and opportunities for growth
- Experience: 3-5 years in a CRM, customer retention, or loyalty marketing role, preferably in the retail or eCommerce sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, M3 or similar), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data analytics, and campaign performance measurement.
- Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with loyalty programs and customer retention strategies in retail.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
