Junior Production Associate

The Opportunity

The Junior Production Associate will play a critical role in supporting the production team by managing key processes and ensuring smooth execution of tasks within the production cycle. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in fashion production, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Organize and manage the print queue with suppliers, ensuring all print requirements are clear and deadlines are met.

• Coordinate sample requests, approvals, and dispatches between suppliers and internal teams.
• Track production milestones, ensuring all processes stay on schedule.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, acting as a point of contact for day-to-day production queries.
• Address any quality control or production-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Update and maintain production trackers, ensuring accurate records of orders, timelines, and costs.
• Prepare and distribute production documents, such as tech packs, purchase orders, and shipping instructions.
• Assist with managing inventory of raw materials and finished goods in coordination with suppliers.
• Report and document any defects or discrepancies in production batches.

• Work closely with the design, buying, and logistics teams to align production goals with broader business objectives.
• Provide support during fittings, photoshoots, and other cross-functional activities as needed.

• 1-2 years of experience in fashion production or a related role is preferred, but entry-level candidates with relevant education or internships will also be considered.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail and quality.
• Familiarity with production processes, including garment construction and print techniques (preferred but not essential).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software tools.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn within a fast-paced environment.
