Key Responsibilities :
- Lead requirements gathering workshops with trading desks and risk teams to understand business needs and objectives.
- Document current state trading analytics and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Define data requirements for real-time position monitoring and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with technology teams to document and manage integration needs with trading platforms.
- Work closely with traders and risk managers to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support the design and implementation of position-keeping and P&L reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with market risk metrics and reporting standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise in trading desk workflows and analytics, contributing to strategic decision-making.
