Position: Senior Content Marketing Manager
As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute content strategies that elevate our brand, engage audiences, and drive lead generation. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including product marketing, SEO, creative, and sales—you will deliver high-impact, on-brand content across multiple channels to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy focused on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Content Creation: Oversee the production of diverse, high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, white papers, case studies, eBooks, videos, social media) tailored to resonate with target audiences.
- SEO & Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for search engines, identify keyword opportunities, and improve organic search rankings.
- Content Distribution: Manage content distribution across platforms (social media, email, partner websites) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others to monitor content performance, providing regular reports on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product marketing, design, and other teams to align content with brand messaging, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior content creators, freelancers, and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality, timely content delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5 years of content marketing experience, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful strategies.
- In-depth understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience managing content creation for B2B and/or B2C audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with video content, webinars, and podcasts is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership experience managing direct reports.
- Background in digital marketing with familiarity in paid media strategies.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $150K - $210K DOE bonus potential
