- Pursue Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue commercial sales opportunities with contractors, developers, and facility managers.
- Estimate and Bid: Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates. Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals within set deadlines.
- Coordinate Installations: Work closely with commercial door and dock technicians to ensure installations align with bid specifications and client expectations.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of bids, proposals, and job costs for future reference and improvement.
