Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue commercial sales opportunities, building relationships with contractors, developers, and facility managers.
- Estimating & Bidding: Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates. Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals within set deadlines. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and material availability. Conduct site visits to assess project scope and gather necessary details.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with commercial door and dock technicians to ensure installations align with bid specifications and client expectations.
- Client & Supplier Interaction: Attend pre-bid meetings, address client inquiries, and negotiate contract terms as needed.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bids, proposals, and job costs for future reference and improvement.
