Position Description
Responsible for coaching, hiring, and developing a Sales Engineer Team
Lead Sales Engineers with a collaborative approach to team selling
Monitor performance to identify coaching opportunities and assist Sales Engineers with meetings at the C-level to understand customers' business model
Manage and grow a sales territory
Compensation / Benefits
115,000 - $140,000 (Strong Base Salary bonuses) depending on experience

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
4 yrs Technical Sales experience in Industrial Automation or Manufacturing
Experience mentoring, training, coaching, or leading a sales Team is a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills
