Description
The IT Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating, implementing, and maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure, providing expert technical support for all hardware, software and network issues, optimizing system performance, and supporting the day-to-day operations of IT services, while ensuring seamless operations across all IT systems.
Requirements
· Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for on-site and remote users.
· Provide technical support and training to staff on IT systems and applications.
· Assist in the design, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based solutions.
· Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure continuous uptime, through generation of reports and analysis to identify trends, system performance, and areas for improvement.
· Support the implementation, testing and integration of new software, tools, and applications within the organization.
· Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth software deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and validating new systems or upgrades.
· Assist in maintaining data backup and recovery processes.
· Collaborate with IT Director to ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain organizational data privacy standards.
· Create and maintain accurate documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in IT, required.
• VMWare experience required.
• Microsoft Azure and Office 365 experience required.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy experience required.
• A Certification, preferred.
• MCSE, CCNA and / or Network Certification, preferred.
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki and Cisco IOS, preferred.
• Travel required: 5-10 %.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload.
• Ability to independently make decisions with minimum supervision.
• Advanced personal computer skills: Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to satisfy all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies.
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
