What You Need to Apply:

Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a human services discipline (social work, psychology, or related field)

Minimum of two (2) years of post-bachelor's experience in the provision of mental health services, specifically working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness

Knowledge of community resources and agencies

Valid automobile driver's license with MVR meeting agency standards

Willingness to work a flexible 40-hour weekly schedule

Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred
Position Overview:
As a Clinical Specialist for the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), you will play a key role in the development and implementation of individualized recovery plans. You will collaborate closely with the PACT team and other service providers to ensure clients receive evidence-based care that promotes recovery, stability, and community integration.
What Does This Position Look Like?
A Clinical Specialist participates in daily team meetings and case reviews, providing individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches. You will provide emergency mental health assessments, consult with medical staff on client medication needs, and deliver education and support to clients' families and support systems. This role involves regular assessment of client progress, coordination with community providers, and transportation services that promote client independence. You will also be part of the on-call rotation with other PACT team members and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Salary : $44,000 - $55,000
