What You Need to Apply:

A high school diploma or equivalent

Four years of related work or life experience

Knowledge of community resources and agencies

A valid automobile driver's license with MVR meeting agency standards
Position Overview:
As a PRN/PT Residence Counselor, you will provide counseling, support, and advocacy to clients with behavioral health needs residing in a supervised residential setting. In this role, you will help clients develop life skills, access community resources, and work toward their treatment goals.
What Does This Position Look Like?
A Residence Counselor is responsible for documenting client progress and daily activities. You will help foster a supportive and structured environment by modeling healthy communication, coping, and problem-solving skills. Your duties include planning and leading recreational, educational, and social activities; providing transportation; and encouraging the use of community-based services. You'll play an important role in helping clients build independence while supporting their journey toward recovery.
