10% additional pay for hours worked between 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
What You Need to Apply:

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field,
OR -
A Licensed Registered Nurse,
OR -
A combination of one or more years of college plus related work or life experience equaling four years,
OR -
A Licensed Practical Nurse plus two years of related work or life experience,
OR -
A High School Diploma plus four years of related mental health experience

Knowledge of community resources and agencies

Valid automobile driver's license with MVR meeting agency standards
Position Overview:
As a Residence Counselor, you will provide counseling, guidance, and advocacy to clients with behavioral health needs in a residential setting. You will play a key role in supporting individuals on their path toward greater independence and improved mental well-being.
What does this position look like?
A Residence Counselor is responsible for maintaining progress and activity records, developing and implementing social, recreational, and educational activities, and providing on-site support services. Additional responsibilities include communicating client observations to the treatment team, assisting with transportation to community resources, and participating in team meetings and treatment planning.
