- Process the month end reports for each Department and enter journal entry in Munis charging labor, parts, and sublet costs to the responsible party. Â Assure invoices are thoroughly reviewed and processed in a timely manner. Â
- Responsible for processing staff's monthly procurement card charges
- Complete the necessary paperwork to obtain titles for newly purchased County vehicles. Â Coordinate with Risk Management when fleet assets are added and/or removed and when vehicles are in accidents. Â
- Complete the necessary title paperwork when assets are sold on GovDeals. Â Track warranty recalls within the fleet management workorder program.
- Open work orders in the fleet management program, issue parts, order parts, manage sublet work, and close work orders upon completion of all work.
- Ensure that timesheets are reviewed for accuracy and payroll is processed by the specified deadline established by Finance.
