Job Summary :
To assist with issuing Antlerless Deer licenses and prepare related clerical work within the department.
Essential Job Functions :
Opening and sorting license applications that are mailed to the office.
Processes antlerless deer applications of customers to include examining documentation and payment for accuracy and completeness.
Records license numbers and pertinent information in PA Game Commission Website.
Print and mail licenses to applicants.
Operates computer, typewriter, calculator, and other office equipment.
Enters data into computer for record keeping purposes.
Assists with all clerical duties including copying and filing.
Greets and assists visitors or directs them to proper office location.
Assists in answering phone and taking messages in the department.
Assists with special projects as assigned Treasurer.
Performs other job-related duties as required.
Minimum Requirements to Perform the Work :
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent, plus some training in computers and accounting
Work Experience :
1-2 years working experience in accounting or business.
