Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial property in the Philadelphia suburbs. This role requires a proactive approach to property maintenance and tenant relations, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of our tenants.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are maintained to high standards.
- Oversee tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of projects and repairs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets for property operations, including maintenance, utilities, and administrative costs.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure competitive pricing for services.
- Maintain accurate records related to property activities, including data entry for tenant information and lease agreements.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi for tracking leases, payments, and tenant communications.
- Collaborate with legal administrative staff to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding property management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong facilities management skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Excellent administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly in negotiating leases or vendor contracts.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
