Description
The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for the supervision of the Laurels Recovery Center treatment team (clinical and nursing staff) in the provision of ASAM 3.7, ASAM 3.5 and residential crisis stabilization services. The Clinical Services Manager will be expected to work in conjunction with the treatment team to provide direct services to individuals in treatment at the Laurels Recovery Center. Further, the Clinical Services Manager will be required to be on-call for admissions, will be required to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, must have excellent time management and organizational skills, and will be required to work in conjunction with the Laurels Recovery Center Program Operations Manager to ensure the provision of quality services in conjunction with regulatory and licensing guidelines.
Position Requirements
Minimum requirements include a Master's Degree in a Human Services Field and Licensure (LPC, LCSW, etc.), completion of clinical supervision training in Virginia and supervisory experience preferred. Excellent leadership skills necessary. Good written and oral communication skills required. Current valid driver's license and good driving record also required.

About the Organization
CMCSB was formed in 1972 as a Chapter 10 Community Services Board under Virginia law. CMCSB provides mental health, intellectual disabilities and substance abuse treatment services to the residents of Buchanan, Russell, and Tazewell Counties. At the present time, CMCSB operates over twenty locations, to include outpatient offices, mental health recovery programs, group homes and day support programs for intellectually disabled individuals, and a residential alcohol and drug treatment program. In addition, CMCSB has several services that are provided directly in an individual's home or in a supported environment. CMCSB also provides a 24-hour crisis team to assist community agencies and individuals in crisis situations. CMCSB employs approximately 500 employees, which include full-time and part-time employees, as well as individuals receiving services who are employed to work in various day programs.
