Description
The Program Operations manager will be responsible for all program and facility operations including food service, cleaning, general maintenance needs, and ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory guidelines. The Program Operations will be required to work in conjunction with the Laurels Recovery Center Clinical Services Manager to ensure the quality provision of services for individuals receiving treatment at the Laurels Recovery Center. The Program Operations Manager will be responsible for the supervision of residential technician and food service staff, oversee ordering of food and needed program supplies within program budgetary guidelines, and will ensure all standards for program safety are adhered to. The Program Operations Manager will be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays and evening / night shifts, and will be expected to work alongside staff under his / her supervision to ensure quality work standards.
Position Requirements
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in either business, management, healthcare systems or Human Services, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred. Excellent leadership skills necessary. Good written and oral communication skills required. Current valid driver's license and good driving record also required.

About the Organization
CMCSB was formed in 1972 as a Chapter 10 Community Services Board under Virginia law. CMCSB provides mental health, intellectual disabilities and substance abuse treatment services to the residents of Buchanan, Russell, and Tazewell Counties. At the present time, CMCSB operates over twenty locations, to include outpatient offices, mental health recovery programs, group homes and day support programs for intellectually disabled individuals, and a residential alcohol and drug treatment program. In addition, CMCSB has several services that are provided directly in an individual's home or in a supported environment. CMCSB also provides a 24-hour crisis team to assist community agencies and individuals in crisis situations. CMCSB employs approximately 500 employees, which include full-time and part-time employees, as well as individuals receiving services who are employed to work in various day programs.
