Position Summary :
Manages all aspects of receiving product to ensure quality, temperature control, processing of invoices, and storage of product in accordance with HACCP program.
Responsibilities :
Working Relationships : Communicates daily with management team.
Minimum Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education : Associates degree or above.
Minimum Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment. Experience in forklift operation certification required.
Preferred Experience : 2-5 years of experience managing inventory in a high volume food manufacturing / production environment. Knowledge of food safety requirements. Experience in forklift operation certification required
Licenses / Certifications : Fork Lift Certification
Soft Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of employees & management within the organization and external contacts. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
Other :
Travel None Hours & Conditions : Must be available to work Monday through Friday between 4 : 00am and 6 : 00 pm to include Saturday / Sunday work as needed.
