The objective of the Knowledge Manager role revolves around enhancing the organization's efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging and maximizing its intellectual assets. This involves activities such as identifying, capturing, organizing, and sharing knowledge within the organization.
Responsibilities :
- May be responsible for supervising third party contractors and sub-contractors as related to the project assigned.
- Entering and maintaining data.
- Monitoring data hygiene and integrity.
- Identifying opportunities to improve data quality.
- Pulling reports on projects / people / subs / partners, etc. for proposal prep and positioning.
- Maintaining client and project lists by market.
- Developing standardized weekly / monthly / quarterly reports that audit the status of data entry and identify problems; and assisting marketing team in the closeout of pursuits.
