Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with set up and document control.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Review deliverables prepared by team before submitting to client.
- Provide update/status reporting for work in progress including costs and schedules.
- Assist with contract schedules, owner invoices, and change order process.
- Track project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Education: AA in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
