- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders, including electrical engineers, electricians, project managers,
- Lean & Six Sigma Practices: Apply Lean principles (such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work) to

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Lean methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement role preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and standard work development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in electrical contracting, construction, or manufacturing is a plus.
