We are hiring: Office Administrator

Responsibilities

Bring your passion, here is what’s needed:

• 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or Office Administrator or similar role
• Construction background is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and HR procedures
• Experience using various HRIS and accounting software’s
• Assist with basic HR and accounting functions
• Greet and welcome guests and direct visitors accordingly
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Perform office tasks such as data entry, electronic filing, photocopying and faxing
• Order supplies and track office inventory
• Update calendars, schedule meetings and manage catering for office events
• Assist with employee timekeeping
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay range $25-$30 pre hour.
