Municipal Law and Litigation Opportunity
Cummings, McClorey, Davis & Acho PLC is seeking an experienced attorney to join its municipal law/litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in civil litigation and/or municipal law, excellent analytical and creative thinking capabilities, and outstanding writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
Duties
- Manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing
- Develop high-quality services for clients
Requirements
- JD from an ABA-Approved law school
- Current Michigan Bar admission in good standing
- Minimum of three years of litigation and/or municipal law experience
