Job Description
Cummings Plumbing Heating & Cooling is searching for an individual with customer service and dispatching experience to join our growing team. Service Representative will provide support to customers by initiating and answering customers via inbound calls, inbound emails and outbound calls. The position requires a friendly attitude and pleasant disposition.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails while providing fast and friendly customer experience.
- Communicate with technicians to inform of scheduling and service needs.
- Update customers as needed of technicians eta.
- Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm upcoming appointments.
- Review customer account information to ensure accuracy.
- Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service and/or dispatcher environment.
- Detail oriented.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
