Troubleshoots, assembles, installs, tests and maintains electrical systems using all necessary tools to keep equipment available and capable. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment. May work independently and instruct or coach others.
Key Responsibilities

Delivery Fully proficient performing troubleshooting, electrical repairs and maintenance of equipment . Conforms to applicable codes and standards to maintain, install, and operate electrical systems. Instructs and coaches others and acts as an informal resource for team members with less capability. Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks. Performs other duties as required to meet business goals. Work with peers and support staff to: Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints Schedule maintenance activities around production requirements Solve problems and improve processes Participate in continuous improvement activities Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Qualifications
Able to read electrical blueprints, PLC ladder logic troubleshooting preferred. Knowledge of CNC controls preferred.
Coordinate troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repairs on complex equipment sometimes with vendors through remote or on-site support.
Be proactive at developing critical spares list, identifying items for MRO crib, and understand vendor lead times including spare part obsolescence risk.
Support documentation updates for equipment that require changes, redlines, etc.
Support design/development/utilization of automation, PLC, communication protocol DeviceNet, Ethernet, Robotics, etc.
Coordinate closely with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering to support equipment needs (repair, test, PM, etc.)
