The Administrative Assistant works under the supervision of the Branch Manager to assist with general office administrative responsibilities.

- Apply extensive attention to detail to all tasks
- Toggle between projects and responsibilities with ease
- Have the ability to resolve problems as they arise
- Telephone & email reception for incoming service calls
- Possess a High school diploma / GED equivalent
- Must be able to pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test
Scope of responsibility:
- Answer the phones, and distribute calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintain and re-order office supplies
- Enter labor hours and material entries into job costing forms, and into the accounting software
- Navigate accounting software, and be able to generate purchase orders, sales orders, service orders, and invoices
- Organize job-specific correspondence (ie: order status, lead times). Populate appropriate spreadsheets
- Perform all other duties as assigned

Salary : $25 - $35
