Education/Experience
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Minimal to intermediate level of experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with Oracle and SAP systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or account management
- APICS certification would be bonus, but not required
- CCSP certification from the CSIA would be bonus, but not required
