Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting yogurt flavors and toppings
- Educate customers about our yogurt products, flavors, and promotions
- Handle cash and card transactions using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yogurt shop, including yogurt machines, toppings bar, and seating area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Restock yogurt and topping supplies as needed
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned
Requirements:
