About the Role
Our client is looking for senior level experienced individuals who are looking to grow with a firm and be a revenue generator for the business. In this role, you will have the option of running a full desk or a split desk. Depending on which vertical you are supporting, this role will be working on: Accounting and Finance professionals, Legal professionals or HR/Administrative professionals. The ideal candidate for this position should be a polished, well spoken individual who can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and gain new business, this is the main responsibility
- Manage clients relationships and communicate effectively and timely regarding the progress of active searches
- Work with recruiters to fill your roles
- Source / Screen / Recruit your own candidates
- Use provided recruiting resources to maintain a steady pipeline of candidates
- Set and strive towards attaining monthly/quarterly/annual goals set forth by you and upper management
Candidate Requirements
- 3 Years of experience in Agency Staffing
- Experience on both sides of desk (Sales / Recruiting) is preferred
- Proven track record of producing in a remote setting if applicable
