About the Role :
CURA is looking to hire a service-driven Freight Account Executive who will manage their loads for the full load lifecycle. You will be responsible for generating new business and will act as a liaison between our customers and freight carriers. In this role, you will collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled pickups and deliveries.
CURA offers industry-leading uncapped commission-based pay up to 40%! Training pay for this role starts at $50k but is flexible based on sales experience. Our fully ramped Freight Brokers / Freight Sales Representatives earn six figures annually. This is a 100% commission-based role (post-training and ramp period).
If you are new to sales / logistics but have a strong drive (a real go-getter) to succeed, then this is the right opportunity for you. This role sits in-office in Tampa, FL and is NOT a remote position. We will not review applicants outside of the Tampa Bay area.
