About the Job:

We are seeking a talented Store Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and representing Curaleaf as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service and educate guests on our products.
• Drive sales and use the point-of-sale system to track merchandise and verify purchases.
• Work alongside your team to create an environment of trust and respect in our stores.

Requirements:

• A retail sales professional.
• A motivated and collaborative team player.
• Someone who takes great pride in communicating with guests about their needs and providing recommendations on the best products for them.
• You have a high attention to detail.
• Experienced with sales and cash handling procedures.
• Someone who excels in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• You must be accurate with inventory counts and must be proficient in basic math skills.
