What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite EAP Clinician (Licensed Counselor/Social Worker) position at CuraLinc Healthcare?
CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in Monrovia, CA . This is a work-site based part-time / contract position (40 hours a month).
While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person and Video / Telephonic)
- Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees
- Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions
- Provides Management Consultations
- Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response
- Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities
- Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction
