We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Remote Counselor to join our team! In this role, you will mainly be responsible for delivering top-quality mental health counseling to corporate clients while working in a remote environment!
Remote Counselor duties and responsibilities
- Utilize brief, solution-focused interventions to resolve the client‘s presenting issue.
- Ensure safety for clients who present at risk to harm self / others.
- Ensure that all clients are properly referred to long-term treatment, when clinically appropriate, utilizing their benefit plan and / or community resources.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all client contacts in the Zenovate system per established procedures and processes.
- Maintain clinical responsibility for individual, family, and / or group counseling of clients.
- Provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and complete necessary updates as required.
- Provide effective and efficient management of caseload and transfer / discharge clients in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate satisfactory performance on identified outcome measures and client satisfaction reports.
- Participate in program development as requested and where possible.
- Keep current with trends and developments related to essential job competencies and demonstrate continued growth.
