- Conduct patient rounds and manage psychiatric care within SNF, LTC, AL, and IL settings.
- Partner with attending physicians, consulting specialists, referral sources, and facility staff to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
- Evaluate and manage the mental health needs of residents, perform physical exams, and gather complete medical histories.
- Develop effective therapeutic care plans for mental and physical health.
