Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Event Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the planning and execution of various events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to weddings and social gatherings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
- Maintain schedules and deadlines while ensuring that all tasks are completed
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and venues to ensure smooth operations
- Help prepare event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage
- Support on-site event execution, including setup, registration, and teardown
- Monitor event budgets and assist with financial tracking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
