Position Summary :

In this role, you will support the Event Coordinator in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, including corporate meetings, weddings, conferences, fundraisers, and social gatherings. Key Responsibilities :
- Event Planning Support : Assist in the development of event concepts, timelines, and detailed action plans to ensure smooth execution.
- Vendor Coordination : Communicate with vendors (e.g., caterers, florists, and AV providers) to confirm details, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Logistics Management : Oversee logistical aspects such as venue setup, event décor, seating arrangements, and equipment rentals.
