In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for each caller. Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
- Provide information on products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by troubleshooting, offering solutions, or escalating issues when necessary.
- Document and track customer interactions and transactions in the customer management system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate information is given to customers.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate, based on customer needs.
- Assist with follow-up calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on company policies, services, and promotions to ensure accurate customer guidance.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet individual and team performance goals related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
