In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
