Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to social functions. Your strong attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills will be essential in ensuring that every aspect of our events is executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives
• Research and select venues, vendors, and suppliers that meet client needs
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all aspects are within financial limits
• Create detailed event timelines, schedules, and agendas to ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate logistics such as catering, transportation, audiovisual needs, and decorations
• Oversee event setup and breakdown while managing on-site staff and volunteers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor management
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
