The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire order fulfillment process within a warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely product picking, packing, and shipping by managing inventory levels, monitoring order flow, and coordinating with warehouse staff to meet customer delivery expectations; essentially acting as the bridge between inventory management and order fulfillment operations.
Key responsibilities may include:
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Receiving and verifying incoming shipments.
Order Processing: Receiving and processing customer orders within Shopify. Overseeing order picking and packing processes to ensure accuracy. Managing shipping labels and coordinating with carriers for delivery.
Performance Monitoring: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes to optimize efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency with Shopify. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay commensurate with experience. Hours may be flexible. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $20.00 - $22.00/hour.
