Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Inventory Manager to oversee new vehicle inventory operations for both of our locations. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring our inventory strategy aligns with sales goals and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize new vehicle inventory for both dealership locations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure orders align with dealership sales trends and goals
- Prioritize turn rate and focus on quick inventory turnover to drive profitability
- Build and maintain strong dealer relationships to facilitate effective dealer trades
- Strategically trade to improve our inventory while assisting others when it benefits both parties
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to forecast needs and plan orders accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and reports using dealership software tools
- Understand and respond to market demand and manufacturer programs
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC brands
- Experience in inventory management or dealership operations preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and computer proficient
- Strong understanding of inventory turn metrics and their impact on profitability
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong inter-dealer relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and across teams
