With an established presence in the UK, were expanding into the USA and looking for a dynamic Senior Sales & Business Development Manager based in Los Angeles to drive new business, secure high-value partnerships, and build a high-performing sales team.
About the Role
This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader with strong industry connections in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness . You will be responsible for winning new business , expanding our network of retailers and brands, and eventually hiring and leading a team of sales professionals .
This role is perfect for someone who is well-connected in beauty, fashion, wellness, or packaging sales , understands the industry landscape, and is motivated to drive growth in a rapidly expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with brands, beauty companies, and retailers.
- Build relationships with key buyers, category managers, and procurement teams.
- Pitch and sell curated product collections to increase order value and repeat business.
- Own the sales process from lead generation to closing deals and account expansion.
- Manage a pipeline focused on securing $5M in new business in Year 1 .
- Attend trade shows and industry events to drive brand visibility and client engagement.
- Recruit and manage a US-based sales team , earning a percentage of all new business they generate .
- 5 years of B2B sales & business development experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, packaging, or custom merchandise .
- A well-connected industry professional you already know key buyers and decision-makers in retail & beauty.
- Proven track record of closing $50K-$500K B2B deals and managing high-value sales pipelines.
- A hunter mindset you thrive on building relationships, generating leads, and closing high-value deals.
- Strategic & entrepreneurial youre comfortable building a new sales division and owning revenue growth.
- Confident & results-driven you excel at networking, pitching, and negotiating in fast-paced environments.
