We’re Hiring : Client Success Manager (Charleston, SC) 🚀

Curated Vacation Properties (CVP ) is looking for a Client Success Manager to take ownership of owner relationships and portfolio performance . This is a leadership role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring our high-value real estate investors receive the highest level of service, clear communication, and proactive insights on their portfolio performance.

This is NOT just another Client Success role – This is a department head position , where you’ll own the client experience, build scalable processes, and have a direct impact on how we grow.

60K-$70K base salary >

67,500 - $78,750 OTE (up to 12.5% annual incentive bonus)

Who We’re Looking For

We need someone with a real estate industry background and strong client success experience. Ideally, we’d love to find someone with short-term rental (STR) property management experience , but at a minimum, you must have a real estate-focused client success, investor relations, or account management background.

  • A strategic thinker – Someone who can anticipate client needs and solve problems before they arise.
  • A strong communicator – You’ll be working with high-value investors who expect data-driven insights and a proactive approach.
  • A process builder – This role requires developing structured workflows to ensure scalable and efficient communication with property owners.
  • A self-starter who thrives in autonomy – We’re not looking for someone who needs constant direction. We want someone who can take a high-level strategy and execute.

Familiarity with Guesty, Breezeway, Wheelhouse, and Google Suite is highly desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing

Owner Relationships – Serve as the primary liaison between CVP and our property owners, ensuring proactive communication, clear expectations, and structured updates.

Portfolio Performance – Deliver key metrics like RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates, review scores, and maintenance insights so owners always have a pulse on their investments.

Client Onboarding & Strategy – Own the entire onboarding process , ensuring a smooth transition from sales to full management and setting owners up for long-term success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Revenue Management, Guest Experience, and Maintenance teams to provide value-driven insights and recommendations.

Process Optimization – Develop and refine scalable workflows to enhance owner communication and operational efficiency.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires someone who can own their work, execute efficiently, and bring fresh ideas to improve our owner experience.
