Job Responsibilities
The Technology Strategist and Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing technology strategies that align with the company's short and long-term goals. This position will oversee the organization's technology infrastructure, including technology support and training.
This role will provide leadership, direction, coaching, mentoring, and management to the Information Technology Team. The Technology Strategist will work closely with business units to research, define, influence, and communicate technology solutions in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing IT budgets to ensure budget adherence.
- Creating, managing, communicating, and updating IT-related procedures, policies, and standards to ensure high-quality and uninterrupted service for clients.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
